Welcome to Burnet County ESD 11

Burnet County Emergency Services District (ESD) No. 11 is a local political subdivision of the State of Texas that provides fire, rescue, first responder, and other emergency services to the Hoover’s Valley area of Burnet County. Burnet County is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and is known for its beautiful lakes, rolling hills, and golf courses.

ESD 11 is located in central-western Burnet County and home to approximately 2,200 residents. The very popular Inks Lake and Longhorn Cavern state parks are also located within the district.

Our mission is to preserve life and protect property through our commitment to prevention, safety, and highly effective fire suppression, rescue, and first responder services.
